| Individuals, businesses and
corporations may help with this project, but Kiwanis Clubs
will be purchasing the supplies and delivering the
backpacks or duffel bags to the designated need centers to
help the children who are in a crisis situation.
These other entities contribute tax deductible dollars to the
Nebraska-Iowa District Foundation, a 501c(3), non-profit
organization to assist in this worthy project.
They may designate how that money is used, or leave
it to the foundation to determine where the greatest needs are.
They can also designate a particular Kiwanis club within
their community or, if one doesn't exist, a club nearby.
We encourage and welcome
those partnerships to meet the needs of helping kids who are
in a crisis situation.
